I am delighted to report that I woke up this morning without any signs of a stuffy or runny nose.

I believe that the dietary changes I have made are finally starting to yield positive results.

I did not need to consume Mormon Tea today in order to relieve my sinuses, as I had been drinking only 1/2 a cup a day for the past three days due to its potency.

To make these treats, I used a mixture of unrefined coconut oil, ghee, sea salt, pure monk fruit extract, and vanilla, which I cooked on the stovetop for 3 minutes.

After that, I added the mixed nuts to the mixture and stirred until everything was well combined.

I then spread the mixture out onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and placed it in the freezer for about 20 minutes until it hardened.

As part of my two daily meals that are low in carbohydrates, I enjoy a small, delectable treat that contains healthy sources of fats.

These treats provide satiety without triggering insulin release, which helps me maintain my ketogenic diet.

I feel great knowing that my brain is benefitting from the high-quality oils I’m consuming.

After being sidelined for over a week due to sinus issues, I’m gearing up for a 45-minute bike ride, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to get outside and breathe in some fresh air.

I paused my writing to take a bike ride and enjoy the mid-day sunshine while it wasn’t raining.

Once I got home, I prepared a green smoothie with nuts, seeds, mct oil, and olive oil.

I also had some Kefir for its probiotic benefits.

I prefer to drink the Kefir separately as it has a tangy and sour taste, but I find it delicious.

I typically finish my two meals for the day by 2:30 or 3:00 pm, allowing me to fast for about 18 hours.

The longer we fast between meals, the more opportunity there is for autophagy to occur.

Occasionally, I opt for a salad as my second meal to meet my daily goal of consuming seven cups of vegetables, but on other occasions, I prefer to blend them instead.
