Experiencing repeated negative events in our lives could indicate that our higher self is prompting us to make positive changes to our daily routines.

As human beings, we often learn through challenging experiences and sometimes it takes negative consequences to prompt us to make changes.

These can be significant moments that have the power to alter the trajectory of our lives.

Before I contracted Covid and experienced Long Covid symptoms, I had been aware that I needed to change my diet, but I hadn’t taken action. It was only after I contracted Covid that I finally conducted the research necessary to make the dietary changes required to improve my overall health.

A catalytic event can be a chance to re-evaluate our beliefs about ourselves and the world.

It’s an opportunity to let go of outdated ideas that may no longer be true and to adopt new perspectives that better align with our current reality.

So, how can we effectively shed old, limiting beliefs and embrace new, more empowering ones?

Shedding old, limiting beliefs, and adopting new, empowering ones is a process that takes time and effort.

Here are some tips on how to effectively let go of old beliefs and embrace new, empowering ones:

  • Identify the limiting beliefs: The first step is to identify the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Write them down and examine how they may be affecting your life.
  • Challenge the beliefs: Once you have identified your limiting beliefs, challenge them by asking yourself if they are really true. Look for evidence that contradicts these beliefs and consider alternative perspectives.
  • Replace with empowering beliefs: Replace the old, limiting beliefs with new, empowering ones. For example, if you believe you are not capable of achieving your goals, replace this belief with the belief that you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.
  • Visualize your new reality: Visualize yourself living with your new, empowering beliefs. Imagine how your life will be different when you embrace these new beliefs.
  • Take action: Finally, take action toward your new beliefs. Start acting as if these new beliefs are already true, and over time, they will become a natural part of your mindset.

 

Remember that this process takes time and persistence.

Be patient with yourself, and keep working towards your new, empowering beliefs every day.

Here are some questions you can ask yourself to identify old beliefs that may be holding you back and need to be changed:

  • What are some beliefs that I have held for a long time that have been limiting me in achieving my goals?
  • Are there any beliefs that I hold about myself or others that create negative emotions or behaviors?
  • Do I have any beliefs that are based on assumptions or past experiences that may no longer be true?
  • What beliefs do I have about my own abilities and potential, and how might they be limiting me?
  • Are there any beliefs that I hold about success or failure that are holding me back?
  • What beliefs do I have about the world and my place in it that may not be accurate or helpful?
  • Are there any beliefs that I have inherited from my family, culture, or upbringing that are no longer serving me?
  • What beliefs do I have about change or risk-taking that may be preventing me from moving forward?
  • What are some beliefs that I have that may be creating self-doubt or fear in my life?
  • Are there any beliefs that I have that I am not willing to let go of, even if they are holding me back?

As you ask yourself these questions, try to be honest and open-minded.

Don’t be afraid to challenge your beliefs and consider alternative perspectives.

Remember that the goal is to identify beliefs that are limiting you and holding you back so that you can take steps to replace them with new, empowering beliefs.

Identifying the core beliefs that are causing negative patterns in your life can be challenging, but it is a necessary step in making changes.

Deep journaling work is often helpful in uncovering these beliefs.

During my life coaching training program, I spent around two years coaching others over the phone on their core beliefs and helping others identify the beliefs that were no longer valid for themselves.

What Are the Dangers of Dark Energy and How Can You Overcome Negative Attachments?

 

After completing my life coaching training, I went through a training period with the Angels where I learned how dark energy or entities could keep individuals stuck in their old belief systems.

The Seraphim Angel Healing Team showed me firsthand how these individuals would spiral further into negativity when dark energy caused them to stay stuck in illusions or distorted energies that weren’t true.

Sadly, I’ve even witnessed some individuals pass away in such a state during my time doing hospice volunteer work, which was a heart-wrenching experience.

 

Why Is Clearing Out Limiting Beliefs a Necessary Step in Personal Growth?

 

As the saying goes, “God helps those who help themselves.”

Therefore, it is crucial to identify the patterns in our lives that are no longer serving us and our biggest Achilles’ heel, where we are vulnerable to dark energy due to our shame, guilt, and other lower emotions.

The dark feeds off humans through these lower emotional states, and some individuals only get worse over time if they don’t wake up to the reality of what’s going on here on earth.

 

Why Is Re-evaluating and Letting Go of Outdated Beliefs Important?

 

The next step is to seek help in clearing out our limiting beliefs and removing dark energy from within our energy systems.

Dark energy attachments can occur from interactions with others at any time, but they are more likely to happen when we are triggered by lower emotions.

Such attachments can drain our energy for years, even a lifetime, hindering our ability to fulfill our true soul’s purpose.

Unfortunately, I have witnessed this firsthand with a dear friend who became obsessed with mining gold instead of his true calling as a chiropractor.

He neglected his health and eventually died of cancer in his 50s.

I have also seen many family members succumb to addiction and neglect their health.

 

How Can You Transform Negative Experiences into Personal Change?

 

Therefore, it is important to prioritize our physical health and ask for higher help from the Angels and God to remove any dark energy interfering with our lives.

This can be done simultaneously with improving our health.

My clients who have been attending the weekly Overnight Archangel Crystal Light Healing Sessions for years can attest to the relief they feel in being free of dark interference.

Speaking of health, I bought blue light-blocking glasses this week to help protect myself from the blue light from my computer screen to help my immune system become stronger.

I had a great night’s sleep last night thanks to the Dr. Berg Sleep Aid Regular Formula.

I was still experiencing pain in the right side of my neck and trapezius muscles, as well as referred pain throughout my right head area.

This discomfort stems from issues with my gallbladder and liver, which were caused by eating chicken from an all-natural brand for three consecutive days.

Although the label indicated that the chicken was antibiotic-free, it may have contained chemicals that my body does not tolerate well. I suspect that the way the chickens were raised was not optimal, as they may not have been fed a grain-free diet or raised in an organic manner.

These toxins have accumulated in my gallbladder and liver, resulting in pain that radiates up the back of my head.

To address this, I took activated charcoal to help remove the toxins from my bloodstream.

Within 45 minutes, the referred pain subsided, allowing my body to flush out the toxins absorbed by the charcoal.

I often contemplate the possibility that individuals who suffer from chronic headaches may be experiencing a toxic overload in their bodies.
